AG061 defoamer is a modified polyorganosiloxane defoamer

It is particularly effective in eliminating bubbles in thick films of polyurethane coatings

It is also optimal for suppressing and eliminating bubbles in coating methods such as spray curtain, roller, and curtain coating

Application and Properties

  It is extremely effective in defoaming bubbles (carbon dioxide) generated by the reaction of two-component polyurethane.

Suppresses and eliminates bubbles generated during the manufacturing, stirring, and application of coatings.

It has excellent suppression and bubble release effects on bubbles generated in the baking system of dip coating or curtain coating operations.

  Good compatibility, can eliminate coating fish eyes, pinholes, craters and other defects, very suitable for use in color basecoats, topcoats.

Application range

  Solvent-based coating systems.

Dosage and usage

   0.1-0.7% of the total amount. Please test the optimal dosage and compatibility before use.

Storage

   Store in a cool, ventilated place, keep the container tightly closed, away from heat and fire sources, and keep the product between 0 and 40℃.
